Giftpack’s Smart Gifting uses AI technology to analyze your recipient’s gifting options. With a simple questionnaire and over 3.2 million products, we help you pick the right gifts for the right person.

How to create a Smart Gifting order?

You can create an order by following the steps provided in the video below.

1. Log in to your account;

2. Navigate to Smart Gifting;

3. Fill out your Order Information;

4. Add Recipients and click Next when you are ready;

5. Create a new Redeem Template;

6. Customize the text and logo in boxes in all three types of emails above;

7. Click Next button and proceed to placing your order.

🌟That's it! Giftpack will take care of everything else!

What is Marketplace order?

A Marketplace or "Pick gifts myself" order allows you to pick gifts manually for your recipients.

How to launch a Marketplace order?

Watch the video below to learn how to create a Marketplace order by following the steps provided.

1. Log in to your account;

2. Go to the Marketplace and Start an Order;

3. Select Recipients and click the “I’m Ready” button;

4. Confirm your recipient selection and proceed to Gift Selection;

5. Pick one gift from the pool and click on the image, then press the Select Product button;

6. Repeat the steps if you have multiple recipients and press the Next button when you are finished;

7. Fill out the Order Information;

8. Customize the highlighted boxes by clicking the “Customize It” button;

9. Set the preferred Notifications method for your recipient;

10. Review your Order;

11. Click the Place Order button to create an order.

🌟Now, you can review your campaign on the Orders tab.

3. Select an item and add size, color, quantity and upload your company’s logo;

4. Click the Add button and browse for more items;

5. Or click the bag icon and proceed to check out.

1. Create a Marketplace order and manually choose the same gift for all recipients.

2. When creating a Smart Gifting order, choose to skip sending out the questionnaire to your recipients.

Once your order creation is complete, our Customer Support team will reach out to you to gather more detailed information about the specific gift you wish to send out. Subsequently, we will manually create a unique "Fixed Gift" campaign tailored exclusively for you.

1. The recipient will receive an email and/or text message relating to their gift from Giftpack;

2. Recipient then claims their gift by filling out their shipping information.

3. We ship out the gift once the recipient completes step 2.

1. The recipient will receive an email asking to complete our questionnaire.

2. Recipient completes the questionnaire.

3. The questionnaire result arrives within 2 days.

4. Recipient chooses and claims their gift.

5. We ship the gift to the recipient.

Shipping times for gifts can vary based on the recipients' locations and any prevailing Covid-19 restrictions. In some cases, it may take as little as 4 days, while in extreme situations, it could extend up to 21 days.

1. Go to the Orders tab

2. Select one specific Order

3. Scroll down until you see a list of your recipients

4. Click the Reviews button on the righthand side.

Upgrading your Giftpack account is an easy process designed to enhance your experience and provide access to premium features. To upgrade to Premium Plan please follow the steps below:

1. Login: Begin by logging in to your Giftpack account using your credentials.
2. Billing Section: Once logged in, navigate to the Billing section within your account.
3. Upgrade Button: Scroll down the Billing page until you find a button labeled 'Upgrade to Premium.' Simply click on this button to initiate the upgrade process.
4. Confirmation: After clicking the 'Upgrade to Premium' button, you will be prompted to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account will be automatically switched to the Premium plan. You will now have access to the enhanced features and benefits associated with this plan.
   If you're considering our Enterprise plan, we're ready to provide personalized assistance. Click on the "Talk to Sales" button within your account, and schedule a meeting with our team. We'll work closely with you to explore Enterprise plan options and identify the best solution to meet your specific needs.

Downgrading your Giftpack account is a straightforward process. To initiate the downgrade, log in to your Giftpack account, and navigate to the Billing section. There, you will find a “Downgrade Sadly” button. Click it and confirm your decision.

It's important to note that our Freemium plan has a limit of 1 user seat. This means, you will need to delete all of your user seats except for one. For example, if you have 5 user seats and the limit is 1, 4 profiles need to be removed.

Please keep in mind that downgrading may also impact your access to premium features that are specific to higher-tier plans. However, your data, including saved recipient profiles and previous campaign history, will be preserved but may be subject to plan-specific restrictions.

If you ever decide to upgrade your account again, you can do so at any time by following the upgrade process outlined in the video below.

The Swag Branding Center, a dynamic tool provided by Giftpack, has been meticulously crafted to streamline the incorporation of your company's branding across a range of swag items, including apparel, stationery, and promotional products. Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Tab: To begin, log in to your Giftpack account and navigate to the Billing tab.

Step 2: Select History Page: Once you're on the Billing tab, switch over to the History page. This page will display a summary of your billing history, including past transactions and any used coupon codes.

Step 3: Paste Coupon Code: On the History page, you'll find an option to enter a coupon code. Simply paste your coupon code into the corresponding window provided. Ensure that the code is entered accurately to avoid any errors.

Step 4: Hit Add: After pasting the coupon code, click on the "Add" button to apply the code to your account. Giftpack will verify the code and automatically apply any discounts or credits associated with it.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Savings: Once the coupon code has been successfully applied, you'll see the updated total reflected in your billing summary. You can now proceed with your gift selections or other transactions knowing that your savings have been applied.
