This survey is provided by Giftpack Inc. (the "Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to terminate or withdraw a survey, and your opportunity to participate in a survey and the raffle, at any time and for any reason.If you are given an opportunity to submit free-form responses to a survey, please provide relevant and responsible responses; refrain from disparaging, offensive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate language; and refrain from including any sensitive information of any kind (e.g., credit card or bank account information), and any confidential or proprietary information.
Data usage
The data will be used as a group for statistical purposes and will not be pointed to a single person.
Data Collection & Storage
The data is collected through a service called Typeform. They comply with Data protection laws in the EU, and you can read more about their privacy statement here: https://admin.typeform.com/to/dwk6gt.
The data is stored on Typeform’s server and exported by the Platform for analysis. The Platform is secure and complies with data protection in multiple countries including the EU. No one outside or not affiliated with the Platform will have access to the data. Your Data Protection Rights is under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. The Platform aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
If you wish to be informed about what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us. In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights.
