1. Process
The the process for branded samples starts with a consultation to understand your requirements, including the target audience, budget, quantity, shipping countries, theme or branding, and timeline.
With this information we will be able to provide you with a branding proposal where you can see branding options provided by Giftpack’s creative team.
After signing off on mockups, we will begin to prepare samples. Please allow 15 days for branded samples (excluding shipping).
2. Timeline
The timeline from initial contact with your account manager to receiving is typically 4-5 weeks.
As always your dedicated Giftpack account manager will be there to guide and update you through the process.

Yes! We provide tracking information for your shipped samples. Once your samples have been shipped, you will start receiving email notifications containing the status of your shipment. This will allow you to stay updated on the whereabouts of your samples until they reach their destination.

Absolutely! To ensure you are satisfied with the product quality, you can place a small sample order. This will allow you to assess the items firsthand and make an informed decision before proceeding with a larger order. - When there's ample time for the items to be produced and shipped to your location, please consider the following points: • For branded samples, please allow 15 days (shipping time excluded) for the samples to be prepared before your production. • For non-brand samples, please allow 7 days (Shipping time excluded) before your production. • Shipping times will vary from country to country. Before producing samples, we provide detailed product information, including, but not limited to: product color, material, and design. After the sample is ready, we provide photos and videos of the sample to ensure it meets your expectations before shipping.
In case the sample does not meet the established requirements once delivered, we will kindly ask for detailed feedback. We will provide you with a new sample if the issue is in the quality of the product or if there have been any supply chain issues.
